• An interview by our Human Resource Department as well as an interview by a departmental manager
• The verification of at least two references
• The verification of professional licenses
• Criminal and driving record screenings
• The completion of a competency skills check list

Our orientation process includes the following testing and training:

• Home safety
• HIPPA/ client confidentiality
• Infection control
• Safe transferring and lifting techniques
• Recognizing signs and symptoms of abuse
